Shipping policy

Most small items are shipped the same day. You will usually receive tracking information on the same day. On large items that need to be delivered or shipped by freight, these can take a few days to get out. The items usually will need to be re tested by one of the technicians, and then packed and then freight or delivery will need to be set up. During these difficult times with Covid, some deliveries can take some time. We do strive to get items out as soon as possible. Our staff will keep in communication with you to keep you updated on delivery status.
