Refund policy

   We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are needing to return an item, most items can be returned within a 14 day period. You will be responsible for returning the item, and you will need to pay for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we can then issue a refund, minus any restocking fees.

   There are a few items that cant be returned such as discontinued items and other units that are stated as such on the website. If the item is defective, the item usually can be returned. Once it arrives at our offices, it will be verified and tested, then a refund can be issued.
